High Bar in New York City is the perfect place to do your birthday over the summer. I had mine here this past summer and it was awesome. High Bar is located in midtown and has great view of the NY skyline. My birthday was convenient, comfortable, and classy. Alliteration aside, High Bar made my birthday a very memorable one.
