Up the stairs and around the way we go. Bar 13 should scare some away with the unlucky number embedded in the title, but oh contraire, it does the exact opposite. Flocks of booze loving singles and collegiate super-stars occupy this three floor drinking destination that takes pride in its super cool "rooftop bar." Space could get a little tight, so make sure to have your dancing shoes on because moving may be tough and shaking ya groove thang is very necessary. A bar that stands true to its colors and appreciates the novelty of a birthday party, Bar 13 is a solid pick for some downtown debauchery.

Fun but younger crowd

Try to come early because it's annoying getting in later in the night. It was kind of worth the wait anyway, though. The whole place has a good vibe to it but the only complaint is that it felt like a young crowd. We were able to move up the top floor (3 floors can get tricky) and snag a solid table to hang out at. Even though I drink pretty much only vodka on the rocks, my girlfriend told me that her drinks were good. I'd go back with a large group, only because the age thing kind of bothered me.

The sleazy guys weren't too impressive, but the DJ kept the place alive after like 10-ish cause before that it was some lame 80s rock . Me and my girls had a lot of fun until SOMEone couldn't hold their liquor anymore and then it was time to leave. I'd go back, but just not with the same people.
