No One’s Gonna Kiss You Because You’re Not Irish, But Here’s Some Awesome St. Paddy’s Day Deals In NYC
March 15, 2016
It’s that time of year! You know, when you can drink all you want in one day and no one judges you…to your face. It’s St. Patrick’s Day this week! You know what that means–in the words of the great poet, T. Pain, “Let’s get drunk and forget what we did!”
But in NYC, there’s so many bars, so little time. There’s no way possible to go to all of them, but with our help, you’ll be able to go…or stumble to a couple of them. So we’ve got a few bars for you to check out because what’s St. Patrick’s Day without a good old fashioned NYC St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl? Well, it’s just another day and that’s not good enough.
So let’s celebrate the luck of the Irish with a few good places in NYC that have great St. Paddy’s Day deals. Check out these St. Paddy’s Day deals in NYC.
It’s in the heart of Union Square, so you won’t have to go far if you feel like bouncing around.
If you’re looking for green beer, great music and an all night party, this is the spot for you. Sure, their signature Kegs & Eggs party has come and gone, but not to worry, on St. Paddy’s Day, they’ll still be celebrating. And in case you missed the Kegs & Eggs, we won’t tell you that they had green eggs, pancakes, bagels and Lucky Charms andddd an open bar. Woops, we just did–how rude. But you missed it, not us.
This stunning venue is a favorite to many New Yorkers. It’s so New York–rooftop, gorgeous views of the city, posh without being pretentious and always fun. Hudson Terrace’s St. Paddy’s Day celebration is one for the books. They offer free open bar 5-6pm, and if you don’t make that, 2 for 1 drink specials from 6-8pm. They are also giving free shots to everyone wearing green until 7pm! So essentially, if you’re corny like us, you’ll wear green and spend no green! Sounds like a plan to us!
Also, there will be a leprechaun serving drinks, because…St. Patrick’s Day.
We know we’re been saying St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl, but this spot is actually a registered point for Murray Hill and Chelsea’s official St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl. Come here for $2 domestic drafts, $3 domestic bottles, $5 Irish whiskey shots and $4 mixed well cocktails. And get this–it’s not only for St. Patrick’s Day, you can come here on the 14th, and 15th. Get your ticket here.
This spot is also on the office Murray Hill & Chelsea official St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl list. They boast $4 Bud Light drafts, $5 Bud Light bottles and $6 well cocktails and whiskey shots. This deal will get you plenty drunk. And Village Pourhouse has an amazing beer selection, but you won’t really care because…you’ve been crawling. And at this point, you’re probably actually crawling.
This place is one of our favorites. It’s steps away from Madison Square Garden, but we’re assuming, you won’t be going there on St. Patrick’s Day because you’re busy taking this bar crawl very seriously.
Another thing to take seriously about Madison Square Tavern’s deals? There’s $4 Bud Light drafts, $5 Bud Light bottles, $6 well cocktails and whiskey shots. It’s also an official stop on the Murray Hill & Chelsea bar crawl, so you’ll be amongst your people.
How many spots on your bar crawl can actually say that they have live music? Not many, that’s how many! Session 73 always has live music starting at 3pm and St. Paddy’s Day is no different. They’re going to have Morgan Champ and the bad from 3-6pm and then 73 Locos from 7pm-midnight.
Sounds like a rockin’ good time to us.
The powers that be at Tonic East take St. Paddy’s Day very seriously and they will be going all out, with “real” leprechauns, pots of gold and a shot they like to call the Dirty Leprechaun! What is that, you ask? It’s Jägermeister, Bailey’s Irish cream & midori, yum! Their rooftop has also been newly renovated and will be open for the festivities. And with this gorgeous weather we’ve been having, it’s totally worth it!
This rooftop doesn’t want to be left out of the festivities. They will be celebrating the luck of the Irish with specialty Irish cocktails that feature the Wild Irish Rose and $7 select beers.
While their deals aren’t jaw-dropping, their views are, so…it’s totally worth it!
